We aim to be as transparent as possible and all terms are clearly highlighted in the contract you received. As noted, our role is to act as the middleman between you and the driver. While we help connect you with a driver and do our best to advocate for fair and reasonable pricing. We do not have the authority to determine the final cost.
We genuinely apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations in this case. We also take concerns about communication very seriously, and we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this issue further.
