There was a coordination issue during the process-not caused by Sonic or Victory-but rather due to miscommunication on another party's end. Even though it wasn't his responsibility to fix the situation, Victory stepped up without hesitation. He took ownership of the moment, worked quickly behind the scenes, and communicated with everyone involved to get things back on track.
Thanks to his dedication, my car was picked up and delivered safely and on time. Throughout the entire process, Victory was patient, clear, and reassuring. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, but Victory exemplifies that.
