Dear John, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We want to assure you that our business practice is absolutely honest and you can see that from our thousands of positive reviews. As for the charges, we charged your card twice. The 1st time was for dry run fee, since we located the driver and he came to the pick-up location and there was no vehicle and the 2nd time for the new driver as a partial payment. As we can see from the system, your vehicle was delivered safe and sound. Our shipping agent was always here to answer all your calls. We hope for your understanding!
