Dear Jila,
We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience using our service. As per our recordings, the carrier company initially assigned to your order was not able to provide you with service due to technical issues with their car hauler. In cases like this one, we are teaching our shipping agent to make everything possible to locate any replacement which can match customer needs in shipping. Unfortunately, due to this short timeframe, another agency asked for a higher amount of payment. We hope that with time you would give us a chance to prove our company's good name.
