We appreciate your prompt feedback! As per our records, we did have a driver pick up your vehicle and our shipping representative gave you a call to confirm the dates. When you insisted on canceling the order, he requested a cancellation fee. As per our contract - the cancellation fee is applied once a driver is assigned and a customer requests to cancel the order.
