We apologize for such a delay with your order! We did assign drivers 3 times. The first time the driver didn't meet the time frames requested, the second and third times they canceled last-minute. We do our best to pre-screen all of our carriers, but unfortunately, some things we just cannot foresee. We can assure you that any carriers that act like this are removed from our list so any future orders will not suffer from late cancellations on their side. We are still working on your order and appreciate your patience! Also, we never charged you anything. The deposit was authorized on your card once the first driver was assigned, but the authorization had been voided. Thank you for such detailed feedback!
