We are so sorry for the way you were treated. We always teach our employees to provide our customers with the best customer service ever. Luckily, all our drivers have insurance that may cover any damage in case it occurs. Please, email us estimates from a workshop at claims@sonic-auto.com so we can forward it to the insurance company and in a couple of days they will send you a check.
