Yes, it's a Bait and Switch scam.

Here is my experience: Contacted company and got a pretty decent quote. Signed contract and gave them my credit card info. THE DAY OF PICK UP, they called me and said the driver cancelled and they would have to find a new driver. They also wanted me to send them pictures and dimensions of my vehicle... again.. THE DAY OF pick up. I told them that if the price changes at all, I would be cancelling the service and leave a bad review. I get a call back and they found a driver... they were able to keep the same price though! Sadly, the driver has a CLOSED trailer and the dimensions of my vehicle won't fit, so I cancelled the deal. I wish they would be more up front about the possibility of this situation arising. Thankfully, I am able to wait on my vehicle delivery... but imagine if I had done a lot of planning and preparation for this already agreed upon date... it would have been a disaster. So yes... TRUST ALL THE OTHER LOW STAR REVIEWS... this is what this company does: The ol' last minute Bait and Switch for a higher price (in my case, the price stayed the same because I was adamant I would leave if it increased). If this happens to you, leave a bad review and move along... they DO NOT want bad reviews.

Dear customer, We apologize for the negative experience you faced. As per our records, we did have a driver assigned to your order, but when checking the dimensions of your 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon, it turned out that it simply wouldn't fit into an enclosed trailer.
