Scam!

I'm floored that Sonic Auto Transportation received such highly rated reviews. They're a scam in my eyes. I originally had booked with them to transport my vehicle across the country, and received my contact via email (yes, I do have a contract with them, and it's still sitting in my email). As the time of shipment was starting to creep closer, I started getting concerned that I hadn't heard anything from them since the time of booking. I called several days in a row, leaving messages each time. I emailed the contact I was given to confirm everything was still good to go without any response, several times. I finally panicked and started calling other companies to see if I could book a last minute replacement reservation, and ended up booking with an amazing and VERY RESPONSIVE company called Freedom Auto Transport. Anyways, I ended up finding out that most transport companies use the same booking system, including Sonic, and when Freedom Auto Transport (and several others I called) looked me up, my info was nowhere to be found. So basically what happened was, because I was quoted a low rate, and they couldn't find anyone to actually ship my vehicle, they dropped me without notifying me. That's really a shame, because had they simply called me back and told me that the quote they gave me wasn't going to work, I'd have worked with them to figure out a new rate. But because they ended up taking the petty way out, I was left completely confused and scrambling last minute to find a new Transport service for my vehicle. Thankfully Freedom Auto Transport has been fantastic to work with, quoted me a fair rate, and have been super communicative with me. They even text me to let me know exactly where in the country my vehicle is. So, folks, take my experience into consideration when thinking about booking with Sonic. To be honest I hope this review of their absolutely POOR service sparks them to contact me so we can talk about this, because I've called and emailed several times and have not heard back, and I'd like to know why they were so unprofessional and just dropped and ghosted me. It's pretty childish and sad.

As per our system, you've never signed the contract that we sent you, that's why no one has worked on it and never assigned you a driver. Please, check your email box and search for the contract.
