Dear Amna,
We apologize for such a terrible miscommunication. The discount was applied to your friend's order as per our records since he is shipping multiple vehicles. We are sorry for the price change, but the original driver had to change his route, so he was short of time. We canceled on him and assigned a different carrier who requested a higher amount of money. That is definitely our fault and we will work on it to avoid such cases in the future.
