Dear Bren, please accept our apologies. According to our system, we never had a contract signed with you. All we had is a New Customer Arrangement, meaning that we agreed to post your vehicle to the national load board and look for the driver. Prices might change depending on the driver, his insurance, routes, weather conditions, and so on. We appreciate your feedback. Please, let us know if we may continue looking for a carrier for you.
