I found Sonic through an online search and booked a cross-country pickup for within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the driver cancelled on the morning of the pickup but Dakota worked very patiently with me and found another driver within an hour and arranged a pickup as scheduled. She also was in constant touch and made sure that the pickup went smoothly and that I was able to catch my flight on time after the pickup. Thank you Dakota and thanks for the five star service!
