I Spoke with Alex who gave me a contract, after me asking twice about the price she gave me, where I signed and gave a $70 deposit and a $170 total. I was then called back nearly 48 hours later being told that they didn't have any drivers that weren't from out of state and they would have to charge me $500. When I tried to cancel and get my refund, they informed me that I can't get my refund plus they would charge me $200 for canceling. And ots in the fine print where they also say they can't give you a certain pick up date or time so you could be waiting for God knows how long. They also say they won't pay fees for the wait like holding fees for the dealership or rentals due to their delay. So it's an open field for them where they take your money and leave ypu hanging as long as they want, where they charge you as muvh as they want to. This is crooked.
