I had been waiting on other curriers for a straight week. They were scheduled to pick up my mother car and never showed up. After Beatrice contacted me she had my car picked up the same day a few hours later and made it to my mom in Colorado the very next day.!! If I ever have to go through this process again it will be through Beatrice!! Thank you so much!
