Doug was great help until my car arrived in miami. Smart Talk Transport uses third party to transport your cars, in my case they used AUTO EXPRESS CARRIER and they didnt take care of the car at all when i received my car i saw flat tire when i called AUTO EXPRESS CARRIER they stated that its running low on air and there is no flat. well next morning i was about to get in my car and i saw tire completly flat and when i called them they stop responding to my messages or phone calls. so i decided to talk to Doug as he was the one who i signed contract with but no help there as Carrier company doesnt pick up his calls either.
i had to go to local firestone to get flat repaired and pay $50.00 out of my pocket and i need to get refund for that. maybe this review will help them realize that car needs to be transported with care and not lie to people when you deliver the cars.
also, AUTO EXPRESS CARRIERS will only deliver cars at night in dark so if they have additional scratches you will not notice even with flash light.
Smart Talk might be a great company but who they use is NOT so please stop using them and get better carrier that are willing to deliver car with honesty.
