Dealing with Josh L. was always nice, but some of the tactics of the company not so much. They quoted $300 via email then it ended up being $325 over the phone, though after the car was dropped off, they illegally charged my credit card an additional $10 within 5 minutes of confirming that the driver had done the drop. Supposedly they said it was mistake because nowhere in my contract did it say that was an extra charge that was going to be done after drop-off, but never rectified or reversed the charge they said they were going to do, so I got it disputed with my credit card company and taken off. I would not recommend them because of this very thing. Quite disappointed at the very end!
