The service rep, Joe M., was very polite and easy to work with. He was able to quickly send confirmation by email. He was also able to be reached by text. Responds quickly. Very professional. The driver was also very polite and friendly. Very good experience! We had never had a vehicle transported before and was very concerned about it but everything turned just fine. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. The rate was reasonable and better than most.
