Dear J C,
The agent has been addressed about the miscommunication. We try to keep our customers well informed. Unfortunately, our agent had to take a couple of days leave and that's where the miscommunication occurred. For 24/7 assistance you can call our 888-884-0608 or 239-494-8186 (call or text).
Regarding the transport taking longer than expected, First time we dispatched the car, it was not ready. After we got notified the car was ready we sent another driver to pick up with a different schedule than the prior one and that is why time frame was different. Let me remark we are brokers and can not control and/or force drivers to change their schedule. But if the car had been ready on the first dispatch it would have arrived in the 3-day timeframe originally discussed. We do appreciate your comments, we take them into consideration to continuously improve.
