Hello,
We do apologize for the inconvenience, We try to do our job to the best of our abilities and keep happy customers. In this case, we did our job the way we are supposed to. We sent a load confirmation with all the specifics of the transport, which the carrier agreed to and signed. We did a background check on he carrier to make sure he was reliable and insured.
Unfortunately, It was the driver's mistake on not reading properly the load confirmation we had sent him. Which then turned into the issue it did.
regarding the refund, the request was sent to our billing department and approved on Monday afternoon. It does take between 24 to 48 hours to process the refund. You should be getting that shortly.
That being said, I don't believe we deserve this negative review. Unfortunately, our carrier did make a mistake but he is human like the rest of us and it could really happen to anybody.
