I was introduced to the Smart Talk Transport Company from a co-worker because I needed to transport my vehicle from NY to LA. At first, I did a lot of research on the Internet but couldn't find a trustworthy transport company. Also, I am a skeptical person and I was very worried about my car, shipping price, the time and how efficiently it work because that was a very long drive (from the North to the wayyyy South). Fortunately, my co-worker who is very close to me, gave me a phone number of the Smart Talk Transport Co. which she used to be one of their customers. She told me she was greatly satisfied with their services then I believed her to give it a shot. The agent quickly contacted me and discussed about everything related to transporting my car to Louisiana and he told me he was afraid that the shipping price might probably very high but since I searched for prices of other companies, this price he offered was the lowest one, so it wasn't bad at all. Firstly, the paperwork was very clear and fast and more importantly, I did not have to pay for the whole package, he told me it could be completed after they delivered successfully. Secondly, the most grateful thing is I had been followed up updating news everyday by the driver while he was keeping my car and carrying out the process of transporting. How professional the driver is that took good care of my car and kept me catching up to what he was doing and my car arrived on time eventually. It's very nice and thoughtful of him and the most important thing is he also has a strong sense of responsibility. Finally, I'd like to give many thanks to the team and the driver, you are the best and I appreciate a lot everything you have done for me. Keep going and may your business prosper even more! wish all the best to everyone. Thank you very much. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family.
