Follow up was missing. My vehicle was delivered earlier than promised, but I was very nervous as a first time shipper.
The phone number in my confirmation email was not correct, but I was able to leverage google to finally connect with Smartalk.
Overall, this was relatively smooth for me. For concerned shippers, I highly recommend getting a direct contact number for the customer service rep that books your transport.
