I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and the person never showed up after 30 mins of waiting I called Victor at Smart Talk and he was on it, calling any other service to help and he kept me in the loop on who he could find to pick up the car. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and knew exactly when our car would get picked up. He texted, called and made sure I knew what he was doing to fix the small mistake that was out of his control. It was great customer service and I would highly recommend anyone to use them and especially ask for Victor. I know we will use them again!
