Sam was sweet as can be...he knew how much the car meant to me and promised to give me the best care and with the best fair price. He went beyond being courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called me several times, relating to getting the right carrier, when they would arrive, etc. after the pick up, I assumed his job was done, however, he still checked on me and my family waiting in NY. Two of the nicest young men pick up my "chic a dee" bird on THANKSGIVING DAY Ivan and partner took great care to put "Chic a dee on the enclosed carrier and secured it safely. I understood they had pick ups in Miami and Tampa before they were chosen for the transport. I was in no hurry for an exact date. It was delivered TODAY! in perfect condition....and I got another call from Sam to check on the process. I would recommend them and the carrier HIGHLY. Good Job Sam Stay the way you are.
