Awful Service, Empty Promises

I was first contacted by Victor C to transport my Jeep from Texas to Colorado. He was relentless and was non stop with his attempt to use him as a dispatcher. Upon signing on with him to help me transport my vehicle and once the driver was assigned, he basically went silent. He followed up one time to make sure it was picked up and said he would follow up upon drop off and nothing. I attempted to reach the assigned driver and nothing. I was left in the dark by my broker, my shipping company, and was left without my vehicle and forced to rent a car and rent a hotel room while I attempted to locate my vehicle over the next day and night. Once my vehicle did show up, there was nothing that Victor C could do to help me with the extreme inconvenience I was caused. There is nothing any party has offered to me to make the situation better and each party was extremely difficult to deal with once the contract was signed.. BE AWARE and read all the details regardless how fast someone talks to get your business. Shipping a vehicle is always stressful and I would keep searching for a better company than Smart Talk Transport.

This review is simply false and ridiculous the customer got his vehicle picked up and delivered with no problem he was trying to contact agent Victor on a Sunday afternoon everyone is allowed to have a day off and the customer was never guaranteed an exact delivery date . Drivers are subject to traffic other customers that may delay them , and customer was warned about that but some people are just out to look for free Money , we will admit that we are not a perfect company but i think that all our other reviews show what a great company we are and we always put customer satisfaction first some clients you cant make happy no matter what great work you for them though so please take that into consideration when you read this bogus review .Thanks PS Victor C is one of the best agents in our company and has the most positive reviews submitted.
