This was my first time transporting a car. Rashaad at Smart Talk explained everything and made things so easy! I received so many calls from different transport brokers that all said many different things and gave me many different quotes. Rashaad was one of the first ones to call me and he gave me one of the better quotes. The difference with Rashaad at Smart Talk though, I felt like he was going to take car of me and my needs. He did just that. He called me a couple days later and told me a driver was found and that the car would be picked up the next day. We paid the deposit and were given the info for the driver. The driver that Rashaad found was awesome! They weren't able to pick the car up until 3 days after the original scheduled pickup because of some issues with their truck, but they were very good at communicating the updates on when the car would be picked up. The car was then delivered without any issues 3 days later. I am completely happy I went with Smart Talk and would definitely use them again in the future for any car transporting needs.
