Victor C was the first person to call me. When I told him I had never shipped a car before, he gave me a lesson of what the experience might be like, warts and all. He gave me the dispatch.com site to read up on reviews of the companies. He always picked up the phone when I called or called me back after he followed up with the transport company. Because, of his explanation I better understood how the transport worked, it made it easier for me to work with him to arrange for a transport company that met our timing and location for pick up and delivery. The dispatch. com taught me about the nightmares and problems that can occur and he worked with me to minimize those problems. In the end the transport company was two days late for delivery which I found out they have a two day window from the delivery date. Lego Transportation was able to deliver to a place that no other company would do so because of the way their operations work with using local carriers. This was a great advantage, but we were not told that the car would be stored and shipped on a smaller rig which appears to be the reason the car was late. So that would be the one piece of information that would have made the process better.
