Aside from the minor scratches on my vehicle (along the roof and the side), the car was delivered within the promised time frame at the earliest date. The driver was also very professional and courteous. I felt a little pressured into using Smart Talk (as per another company that I had called for a quote, Smart Talk had already listed me as their customer for the job when I had NOT committed anything to them). I was also charged $100 extra by the driver upon pick-up for the items in my car. I had discussed this with the sales rep during the quote inquiry - but did not confirm that this was included in the price before pick-up (I should've double checked but everything felt very rushed!). Also, basically as soon as I paid the deposit and the vehicle was picked up, I didn't hear from the customer rep again (even though he assured me that he would remain in contact with me from start to finish). He didn't follow up with me upon delivery which I would've appreciated. Other than that, car was delivered as promised and wasn't a bad experience.
