We try to provide excellent customer service to all of clients , unfortunately there are factors that are out of our control , like for instance in this case original truck broke down and we had to scramble at the last minute to get our customer another carrier yes price did go up by 100 dollars but we refunded those 100.00 dollars back to the customers Pay pal acct on May 31st ,at the end of the day she still paid the same amount quoted , the vehicle got to the delivery location with no damages , we apologized to the customer for the 2 day delay but all she wanted was just to get some free money when we refused to pay her the 300 dollars compensation for a 2 day delay she try to scam us for she said she would give us this bad review , if you take a look at all or other reviews you will see that what this lady is claiming is completely false and shameful .
