Took deposit never picked up car

Do not use this service. I reached out to Smart Talk Transport based on a quote I received. Initially were quite helpful and responsive. May 25th was the date of my first contact. Oscar was quite helpful. We scheduled the date of pick up for June 16 for just over $500. Oscar sent me some forms and took a deposit. He told me that the drivers prefer a cashiers check for the balance upon delivery, no problem. Oscar said he would contact me with the drivers name. 2 days before pick up date, I called Oscar on his direct line he provided me. This was the first of many times he did not answer. I left a voicemail. No response. I called again the next day both Oscar's direct line and the company central number. 14 total phone calls and 1 email later, No one was able to help me. The only person who was able to provide some solace but ultimately no help was the lady in dispatch. We had to scramble to find another autoshipper and luckily were able to get the car shipped before out flight.
