I haven't shipped my car before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Smart talk transport was like the third or fourth company I've talked to about finding a driver for me, and I chose to go with them because they weren't simply trying to get my business. Ely was helpful, and available even after office hours so that I felt like I was in the loop of what was happening with my car each step of the way. The only con was that I was charged a fee for paying via credit card, but otherwise, I'm glad I chose Smart talk to help ship my car.
