I was contacted and told he could do the job for $650, told him I already had it worked out with another company for $490. He continued to text me and lowered his price to $600. I finally gave in after he convinced me that my other company could not do it for that price, that they would up the charge on me, and they did not yet have a driver assigned to it. A day after his driver picked it up, I got a call from the other company saying their driver was about an hour out. The delivery was also supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but did not show up until 10pm Wednesday night. I got a text from Vic yesterday saying that I still not done this survey that I promised him, and a pretty rude manner at that. So here it is, I DO NOT recommend this company or Vic. They will tell you anything to get you to pay them money. Crooked people. The only reason that the overall rating is a C, is because the driver was very polite and my car was unaltered when it arrived.

Customer is upset because he got taken by another company , we were able to provide him the service the other company was not able too , We did not mislead him in any way , the other broker did not have a driver and we did , he was not obligated to use our driver he signed the contract by his own free will , we did not hold his hand , he should be providing a bad review to the company that did lie to him and never got him picked up .
