I had a car shipped from a dealer in California up to Seattle. I booked with Smart Talk, and Hugo contacted me right away to explain how things worked. He kept in contact by text and email to confirm details, inform me of the pickup and drop-off dates, answer my many questions, and check on the status. Communication is key, especially when you're dealing with people you've never seen or met, and Hugo at Smart Talk was excellent at keeping me informed. On top of that, the price was reasonable, and the "deposit" (fee to the broker) was less than most other competitors, meaning more money for the carrier (and therefore more likely you'll get a timely pickup). I highly recommend Smart Talk Transport.
