Shipping a vehicle across country is never easy and dealing with different brokers (sometimes honest and sometimes not), makes it more confusing and difficult to know whether your vehicle will be picked-up and/or delivered on-time and into the location you are hoping it would be. But, Werner at Smart Talk Transport was a big help. He followed-up before and after making sure we received all documents, were contacted by the carrier, informed us of any delays and making sure my vehicle was delivered to Maine. He is a straight forward and honest representative. This industry NEEDS more people like him. Thank you Werner for the excellent customer service and for your help!
