My experience couldn't have been more different than the other "Mike" who listed a review for Silva here. The oversized van I needed moved was picked up and dropped off EXACTLY when I requested (to the hour, really). They were also very patient with my constant phonecalls regarding the status (my boss is a micromanger who needs status reports to sleep at night). Sadie was the salesperson whom I dealt with. A+
