I contacted this Broker Company in the first week of December 2012 to have a truck shipped from CA to WI. Pursuant to our telphone conversation I was given a quoted to ship my truck and was immediately emailed a contract which I signed and the broker immediately charged my credit card their broker fee. To date, approx. six weeks later my truck still sits in CA. This broker will not answer my telephone calls (caller id) or return my telephone calls. This broker is a SCAM !!!!!! I have been in the business for 30 years and just started to transport vehicles all over the United States. I have never been so frustrated and disgusted with tarnsporting vehicles and dealing with dishonest people. Look, I understand in todays business world that the cost of diesel fuel , business insurance, toll cost, transportation fees, and just the cost of living has increased. I am not asking anybody to provide a service for free... I am just asking that you be honest with me with the shipping costs and actually deliver vehicle to me......
I really feel bad for the HARD WORKING TRUCK DRIVERS who also gets screwed and SCAMMED by dishonest brokers.... that are out to make the fast and easy dollar..... I DON'T UNDERSATND WHY A BROKER CAN'T JUST BE HONEST WITH ME WITH THE SHIPPING COST AND PICKUP/ DELIVERY DATE AND NOT PLAY GAMES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS BROKER HAS HIRED SNAKE OIL SALESMAN !!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO PLAY GAMES AND GET SCAMMED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tim you forgot to mention about the other two vehicles we transported for you that were picked up on time and delivered. This was the only vehicle out of the 3 vehicles you gave us that was in a difficult location to deliver. For ten rights we do we go unnoticed for one mistake its a atomic bomb. Thank you for your review we will learn from this.
