I had already book with another company on 9/27/12 before Mike called me that they have a driver in the area with space on his truck and could pick the car up on 10/1/12 since the next day is weekend so I agreed and cancelled the other broker. On the 10/1/12 i called and he said the driver is only the way to pick my car, the next day I called and the same story, all this time i was paying storage fees on the car. On 10/9/12 I called another company and by 3 hours the car was picked up, so I cancelled the order and asked for refund and I was told there is no refund for me. My deposit was $150.
