I would like to say thank you very much Mr. Stanley Thomas for your phenomenal customer service given to me and my family. You were attentive and very compassionate with every concern I had regarding the company, for example, the contact number the history on the company and the services they provided in the past. Mr. Thomas definitely went beyond the call of duty after work hours to call me to let me know he would contact me first thing in he morning because of a computer glitch in their system, and I received the call first thing in the morning. I called three companies before contacting Showtime and the prices ranged from $710.00 to $725.00, your price was $600.00, which was more than a $125.00 savings. This process began on Wednesday September 26th with an estimated arrival date of Friday Sept 28th, however; the driver was ahead of schedule with delivery on Thursday September 27, 2012. After the deal closed, the representative called me again to ask how was the delivery and if I had any other concerns or comments. This was definitely a call beyond duty and I would highly recommend Showtime Transport along with Allstate Trucking!
