WORST SERVICE EVER! - No Call Backs Ever

It is amazing how people can treat others! I called and spoke to Michael J when looking for a carrier to transport my car from MA to TX. After talking for 20 minutes we agreed to a price and a date for pickup. I paid an initial deposit (Bad Idea!) but did not sign the contract (Good Idea - See later). 2 Days prior to the pickup date I emailed Michael to confirm everything and he promptly replied "You are all set, driver will call you tomorrow", I emailed the day before pickup to state no call and Michael assured me we were all set. I called and spoke to Michael on the morning of the pickup and he stated we were good, pickup later in the afternoon and he would call me back in 30 minutes (he did not), I called back 2 hours later and he stated hat the driver had a small delay in delivery and would still be there this afternoon, he would call back in 30 minutes, he did not (You will see a theme). I called back at now 4PM on pickup day and Michael did not answer, I emailed and no answer. I called back at 5:30PM on pickup day and Michael stated the driver was running behind and if not tonight first thing in the AM. Now I was leaving down to move that night and Michael knew it that was why we choose the date we did 2 weeks earlier and I followed up so much!! So we stayed another night with no furniture in the house and staying on an air mattress and called Michael J on Tuesday morning at 8AM, he answered and stated he would call me back in 30 minutes (again!) and nothing. I called and emailed 9 times that day without a response. I finally looked up another number and called and spoke to Bert(Burt?) who stated that I need to speak to the Transport Coordinator and they were at lunch but would call me back in 30-45 minutes, I asked him if he was sure and explained my situation and he assured me. No call back!!!! This went on until finally on Wednesday when they asked for more money (This I found out is very typical) and I was already in Texas and needed the car. They picked it up on Thursday, delivered the following Thursday and the car was damaged. I have emailed and called as I was owed a credit and needed to file a claim, Michael J stated he would handle it three separate times and has NOT!!! as of this (09/11/12) they still owe me a credit and a call back on the claim with no response. Do not USE THESE GUYS, they are either liars or the worst customer service ever, they will not call back unless it is sales related.
