Worst transport company, 3 weeks before i deciede to ship elsewhere

I was dealing with adrian the "supervisor" for 3 weeks and he promised everyday that he would have it picked up, NEVER did that happen. I and the car owner have had experiences with other transport companies and I have never had such a bad experience. Adrian just double talks and makes promises and no results. I arranged a carrier and they picked it up 3 days later (1 of those days being a holliday) In my opinion this place is just in the business to steal the 100$ deposit, which i paid to "get my spot" on the truck, which i never had a truck to begin with.
