I transported my Audi from ohio to washington my first contact was mike he thoroughly explained how the process worked and talked to me for 20 minutes and answered every one of my 1 billion questions and even waited for my husband to get home to get his approval to transport my car, and let me tell you my husband trusts no one when it comes to my car. Guaranteed me a pick up day and to my surprise because I was in a rush was able to pick me up early! Next contact kept me informed the whole way through and made sure delivery was to my convenience. They definitely showed me what time it was thank you and will refer my friends
