Good service and On time delivery

The guys delivered on their promise and my car arrived on time as expected. However there were 2 minor hiccups:

* I only signed the papers for $50 deposit and $500 as COD, but they charged $75 on my card. Upon enquiry, Bert explained that I only need to pay $475 on delivery.
* While they highlighted the fact that the truck driver would only take cash, they didn't make it clear that CASH was the only reasonable form of payment accepted. The delivery could have been less stressful.
