We try to please everyone, but sadly that is impossible. And while people's schedules often conflict with availability, we look to do the best job for our clients. We took our best efforts to get this vehicle picked up. And in trying to explain this to the client, he cursed me out and refused to allow me any opportunity to speak.
If the client would pick up the telephone when we call, we could easily rectify ANY concern.
