We have a full refund policy. This order was refunded in full over 1 week ago. The order was dispatched to a carrier company for pickup. The customer decided to cancel the order after dispatch. We have a company policy where we must first verify with the assigned carrier company if they actually picked up the vehicle. After this was completed we attempted to issue the refund electronically. Due to the account being closed we had to mail the customer a check. That check was sent out and the customer received it and cashed it. We have the confirmation and receipt from the bank that it was deposited into the customers bank. Thank you.
