I needed to transport my vehicle from Los Angeles, CA to Beaumont, TX, so I went online and started gathering some quotes. Honesty First Auto Transport was one of the first companies to get right back to me, and they were offering the best rate, by far, so I decided to give them a call first. The phone was picked up by Tom Miller, not an automated phone system. He was really nice and down to earth, easy to work with. He was able to set up the job within minutes, less than 5 minutes on the phone and it was all ready to go. He responded back really fast to all of our emails, and always reminded me to call him back if I had any questions about anything. Point of the story, I was able to set up the job in minutes, and within 24 hours, he had a dispatch out for my vehicle and it was loaded onto a trailer and on its way to the destination in Texas. It arrived within the quoted time, safe and sound. I'd recommend everyone looking for an Auto Transport to work with Tom Miller over at Honesty First Auto Transport, the name of the company says it all!
