As you probably know, a customer can get bombarded with calls and emails when looking for this service and it can be confusing, which Michael was from the start. Our record shows that he placed his order on 1/12, Tom spoke with him and verified his info then put out the word to all carriers. His car was dispatched to a carrier the next day, however, the carrier contacted us to say that Michael was claiming that he never placed an order. Tom then called him again to clear things up and our dispatch office did the same with the carrier. From there, everything went smoothly and there was no need for Tom to step back in to help. And, what he got for the 150 was to be set up with the excellent carrier of which he speaks. We hope this review helps you in the selection of a transport company.
