I recently shipped my car from Arizona to New Jersey. The carrier service showed up within the day and time frame given to pick up my car. He also called me a day early to let me know that my car woud be arriving early. I was not in town so he was able to take a phone number of a contact person in NJ to help arrange a drop off. I was informed that the car arrived in perfect condition! I would use this carrier again if need be.
