This was my first experience shipping a car. My contact was easy to talk to and easy to get in touch with. Once the carrier picked up my car in connecticut it was a really quick 5-6 days delivery in oregon. My carrier was communicative and found the pick up and drop off locations easy. It was a smooth process. The reason for the 4 star is it took a week past my asked for drop off date due to a lack of carriers going that route. I do also feel like the fee for the person finding the carrier was high. Overall a good experience.
