This was my fourth time shipping through Ship a Car Direct. Obviously, I wouldn’t continue to use them if the process wasn’t quite seamless. If you’ve never shipped before, the FAQs they provide are very helpful. The app they have for uploading your own. Photos of the car is also easy to use and handy. The driver always takes their own photos, but having yours on Ship-A-Car is good back up if it was ever needed, My go to guy, Mike, is very responsive and works hard to get me a fair price with one of their vetted carriers.. The price is not always the same because the market conditions and traffic change. The biggest challenge is communicating with the driver who picks up and drops off your vehicle. In this regard, I like Ship a Car Direct and Mike because if I’m having challenges with communication, they will intercede. They have also always managed to find someone that picks it up within my time window and drops it off as promised. No damages. But it’s an open container so the cars do get dirty. I have personally recommended them to friends so I do not hesitate to recommend them publicly..
