My rep, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know about the shipping process. I would use Ship-A-Car-Direct again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it took more than 2 weeks to get a carrier to accept the transport. The holidays were most likely why it took so long.
