As I was trying to find a company to ship a car from California to Texas, a good friend recommended Ship a Car Direct. From the initial online quote to the delivery of my vehicle, I was impressed. Mike made sure to keep me well informed on the process and contacted me quickly if I had any questions. We even had to adjust the pick up and delivery dates and Mike made sure that everything was timed to my satisfaction and convenience. It was nice to actually follow the vehicle “live” online so that I could keep up with the timing of the delivery. Communication through texts, emails, and phone calls between Mike, the Driver and myself kept my mind at ease. I was thrilled when my car was delivered in good condition on the day it was scheduled to arrive! I would definitely recommend and use Ship A Car Direct again.
